On May 22, 23 and 24, 2026 the Italian community of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle will be at Play – Festival del Gioco at BolognaFiere with open demo tables for anyone who wants to step into the longest-running political card game in the hobby.

Three days, one invitation: come and try VTES. We’ll be in Hall 18, in the Vampire: The Masquerade area (booth J11 — Camarilla Italia / J13 — Area Vampiri). Whether you’ve never seen the game or you’ve only heard about it, you’ll find a table ready, the decks already set up, and players from the Italian community to walk you through a 30–45 minute taster round. No registration, no deck to bring — just sit down.

The booth will be staffed in shifts by players from different cities — a chance to meet who plays near you and find out where the game runs in your area.

VTES is the meaner cousin of Vampire: The Masquerade: same factions, same World of Darkness, same political intrigue — but on the card table, with five vampires bleeding, voting, blocking and fighting each other. If you spot the VTM community booths, you’re already there.

Play is Italy’s largest festival dedicated to board, role-playing and card games: three days at BolognaFiere with over 200 exhibitors, 3,000 free-play tables and 700 events. On Saturday the 23rd the fair stays open until 23:00. For tickets, map and full programme visit play-festival.it.
