Privacy
This page covers vtesitaly.com, draft.vtesitaly.com and judge.vtesitaly.com. In short: no tracking cookies, no profiling, no ads, only anonymous visit statistics.
Who runs the sites
The sites are an unofficial, non-profit project of the Italian Vampire: The Eternal Struggle community. For any question about your data: info@vtesitaly.com.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Matomo, installed on our own hosting (stats.vtesitaly.com): the data does not go through Google or any other external service and is never shared. We record the page viewed, the referring site or search engine, device type, browser and operating system, screen resolution, browser language and approximate country.
Your IP address is truncated (last two blocks zeroed) before it is stored, and we use no cookies or other persistent identifiers: we cannot recognise you across visits or link visits to a person. The statistics only help us understand which content is useful to the community (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs
Like any website, our hosts (SupportHost for vtesitaly.com, GitHub Pages for draft and judge) log IP address, date, requested page and browser for security and troubleshooting. These logs stay with the provider for a limited time and we use them for nothing else.
Data stored in your browser
Some preferences (language, filters) and a copy of the content for offline use are stored in your browser. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can clear them from your browser settings.
Opting out
If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal you are not counted. You can also opt out here: a single technical cookie remembers your choice across all three sites.
Your visits are counted anonymously.

Your rights
You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@vtesitaly.com. Since the statistics are anonymous, they often cannot be traced back to you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
